David Floyd has made a name for himself the last 20 years as DJ Squirrel. While traveling up and down the east coast Floyd has utilized his unpredictable, yet entertaining style to keep crowds in motion. This talent has earned him the honor of playing at venues such as "The Largest Nightclub in the USA" Club La Vela, "The World Famous Beach Club" Spinnaker, Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL.

DJ Squirrel has seized various opening opportunities and led official after parties for recording acts acts like Petey Pablo, Ja Rule, Trina, Bush, Nas, Mike Jones, 112 and many more.

A proven favorite among the collegiate scene - DJ Squirrel has held successful residencies and has also worked alongside universities such as Virginia Tech, East Carolina, Wake Forest, NC State, JMU, Radford, and UVA. The party hasn’t always been limited to the campus as he has found himself manning the turntables for events such Spring Break Panama City Beach - MTV, Sports Illustrated, and for some of the final events hosted by World Championship Wrestling.
His talents are not confined to a DJ booth though as he has produced mix shows for radio stations such as Hot 107.9 in Panama City, FL and Hot 100 in the Blacksburg, VA.

The DMV has proven his latest stop, adding residencies at Clarendon Ballroom, Spider Kelly's, The G.O.A.T, various Top Golf locations, and many more locations throughout the capital. He has also headlined many bar crawl events for Clarendon Ballroom in association with Project DC Events, has headlined the Smithsonian National Zoo’s annual “Night of the Living Zoo” event since 2014. DJ Squirrel has performed with Big Night America's brand since 2015 - with this year making his return to Nashville.
